100 Day Pullup Challenge Details - inspired by the 100-day Burpee Challenge at www.crossfitsantacruz.com.
Beginning January 5, we are going to do one pullup on day one and add one each day until we get to 100 pullups on the 100th day!
The Rules:
1. Form: Deadhang pullups or kipping pullups are OK. Each pullup must begin with arms at full extension and end with your chin over the bar.
2. You can complete each day's pullups all at once, or broken up and done at different times throughout the day
3. If for some reason you miss a day, you have to make up all the missed pullups the following day
4. If you don't start the challenge with us today, you can "buy-in" at any time by doing ALL the missed day's pullups on your first day
5. Any pullups you complete during your regular workout can count towards that day’s Challenge pullups, if you want them to

As with all CF exercises, pullups can be scaled. If you are unable to do pullups, you may sub jumping-pullups.
